This Privacy Policy applies to the Prop Firm Risk OS website (propfirmriskos.ai.studio) and to PropSize – TradingView Prop Firm Risk Calculator, the associated Chrome extension.
PropSize is an independent educational risk-estimation tool designed to complement Prop Firm Risk OS.
We respect your privacy. As a client-side calculator tool, Prop Firm Risk OS does not require you to create an account to use the core calculators. Any numbers or inputs you enter into the calculator are processed locally in your browser and are not stored on our servers unless a specific feature explicitly states otherwise.
Prop Firm Risk OS website may use standard web analytics tools to understand how users interact with our website. This helps us improve the user experience. These tools may use cookies to collect non-personally identifiable information such as your browser type, device type, and pages visited.
Please note that website analytics or cookies are separate from PropSize extension behavior. PropSize itself does not currently use analytics or remote tracking.
If you choose to use our Contact form on the website, we will collect the name and email address you provide, along with your message. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and provide support.
PropSize allows users to manually enter information including examples such as: remaining Daily-Loss Buffer, remaining Drawdown Buffer, selected futures instrument, LONG or SHORT direction, Entry Price, Stop Loss, selected risk-sizing method, risk percentage or fixed dollar risk amount, commission / all-in round-turn cost, estimated slippage ticks, and other local extension preferences.
These values are used only to calculate estimated futures position size and risk metrics.
PropSize processes manually entered trading and risk values such as daily-loss and drawdown buffers, entry and stop prices, and estimated trading costs. It does not collect payment card information, bank account information, broker credentials, or transaction history.
PropSize stores user-entered values and preferences locally on the user's device using Chrome's extension storage.
This local storage exists so entered settings can remain available when the PropSize Side Panel is closed and reopened.
PropSize does NOT transmit these locally stored trade/risk inputs to Prop Firm Risk OS servers or to a separate PropSize backend.
PropSize does NOT require the user to create an account. PropSize does NOT require broker credentials. PropSize does NOT connect to a broker or prop firm.
PropSize currently uses only the following permissions:
The current extension does NOT request activeTab, broad host permissions, browsing-history permission, broker-account permissions, or content scripts for TradingView DOM extraction.
The current version of PropSize does not contain analytics, does not contain remote logging, does not use advertising trackers, does not sell user-entered extension data, does not transmit trade/risk inputs to third-party analytics services, does not use an external calculation API, and does not use remote code.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information or PropSize extension data. PropSize does not transmit users’ locally stored trade and risk inputs to Prop Firm Risk OS servers, advertising platforms, data brokers, prop firms, brokers, or marketing agencies. PropSize does not sell, rent, or trade users' locally stored extension inputs.
Users can delete locally stored PropSize data at any time using the "Clear Data" function inside the extension.
PropSize user inputs stored through Chrome storage remain locally available until the user changes them, the user uses Clear Data, or the extension/browser storage is removed through Chrome or browser controls.
PropSize is designed to be used alongside TradingView, but it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TradingView.
PropSize does not execute trades, does not access or manage users' broker accounts, and does not collect TradingView credentials.
PropSize may contain a link such as "Open Full Risk Analysis" which opens the public Prop Firm Risk OS website. Opening that website is a user-initiated navigation action.
We take reasonable measures to protect any data provided via our contact form. For the PropSize extension, user-entered data and preferences are stored locally using Chrome extension storage. PropSize does not transmit this locally stored data to our servers.
PropSize and Prop Firm Risk OS are educational risk-estimation tools. They do not provide financial advice. They do not guarantee that an account will avoid a prop-firm breach. They do not execute or manage trades.
Users are responsible for verifying current futures contract specifications, broker fees, prop-firm rules, daily-loss rules, drawdown rules, and other account restrictions.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our tools or legal requirements. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy indicates when changes were last made.
